  • How do I return/exchange my order?
    We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your item(s), you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns on new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items. Upon receipt of the item(s), a refund will be issued for the cost of the product excluding shipping.   • How do I get a refund?
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Is there any way I can return/exchange locally?
    ChalkUp Climbing is located in Melbourne, and we are more than happy to make any returns or exchanges in person at a convenient meeting point within the local area. If you bought your item(s) from a retail store or a climbing gym, you can directly process your return or exchange with them.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! We currently ship to New Zealand, North America, Western Europe and Asia and the Pacific. For a precise calculation of shipping costs, simply add the item(s) to your cart and adjust the shipping location to your Country. The updated information will provide you with an accurate estimate of the shipping charges.
  • What's my order status?

  • Are duties and taxes included?
    Duties and taxes are not included in the prices of our products. If you place your order to be shipped internationally, you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes when the package arrives in your country. For our domestic customers in Australia, the prices of our products all include Goods and Services Tax (GST), so you do not need to worry about additional GST charges on top of the listed prices.
  • The product I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
