We accept returns on new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding!

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

ChalkUp Climbing is located in Melbourne, and we are more than happy to make any returns or exchanges in person at a convenient meeting point within the local area.

If you bought your item(s) from a retail store or a climbing gym, you can directly process your return or exchange with them.
